A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Lodz, in the Department of Financial Law.

For several years she has been associated with Deloitte Doradztwo Podatkowe sp. z o.o. with CIT and VAT teams. Since April 2009, she has joined KPT Doradcy Podatkowi sp. z o.o. and implemented the principle of client service in a comprehensive manner, taking into account all taxes related to transactions, the client’s enterprise, etc. Since spring 2026, she has been running her own law firm.

She appreciates the opportunity to:

  • undermining common interpretations of regulations or the qualification of transactions, obtaining precedent-setting decisions, judgements for clients, etc.,
  • combining tax consulting with organizing or improving business processes and procedures operating at the client’s business activity,
  • involvement in tax topics of the client’s employees/associates who do not deal with tax and accounting matters, also in the form of interactive workshops with the participation of representatives of various teams and departments,
  • project works with the participation of experts from other fields (e.g. Legal Departments or Acquisition of a specific client) or from external entities (e.g. law firms or financial advisors/auditors as part of reviews or due diligence, etc.).

She graduated with honors from postgraduate studies for film producers. She eagerly changes the bustling Warsaw for contact with nature, cycling trips and mountain hikes. She appreciates and benefits from the work of enthusiasts, e.g. from ArtRage and Tajfuny.

Katarzyna Jaromińska

Senior Associate

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. She began her adventure with tax law 20 years ago by writing reports and press releases from hearings before the Provincial Administrative Court in Gdańsk.

She has been practicing as a tax advisor since 2016.

She gained her professional experience at Deloitte Doradztwo Podatkowe sp. z o.o. in the CIT team. Since 2009, she has been an associate of the Warsaw-based law firm KPT Doradcy Podatkowi sp. z o.o., for the last few years she has been closely associated with the team led by Agnieszka Czarnecka (founder of ELAND). Since spring 2026, he has been a permanent associate of ELAND.

She specializes in such areas as:

  • handling restructuring processes (including mergers, transformations and liquidations of companies, redemption of shares, withdrawal of a shareholder from the company, etc.),
  • tax planning in the field of transaction structuring and cooperation rules (also within the corporation),
  • intra-group transactions and preparation of transfer pricing documentation,
  • tax proceedings, requiring an in-depth analysis and building complex argumentation (including: writing applications, appeals, complaints and cassation appeals) in the area of all taxes, mainly CIT and VAT, but also PIT, CLTT, real estate tax.

Privately, she is a happy wife and mother of two children. A lover of crime novels and musicals, interested in sustainable development issues and the nuances of editing; focused on constant development and acquiring new skills.

Klara Pytel

Associate

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She has been associated with tax law for many years, consistently developing her expertise in both tax advisory and accounting.

She is a certified independent accountant, which allows her to thoroughly understand the practical aspects of running a business and to combine knowledge of tax law with the financial and accounting realities of companies. Recently, she successfully passed the state examination for tax adviser.

In her work, she focuses on an individual approach, a thorough analysis of the client’s situation, and the search for modern and practical optimisation solutions compliant with applicable legal regulations. Her experience includes, among others, the following areas and issues:

  • transfer pricing,
  • Estonian CIT,
  • family foundations,
  • mergers, acquisitions of enterprises, and company liquidations,
  • double taxation treaties,
  • ongoing tax advisory services for companies and individuals.

In her free time, she enjoys cycling and climbing mountain peaks. She is also a fan of logical challenges — solving sudoku gives her particular satisfaction.
